Im in a mild state of disbelief right now. As I was just on my daily walk throughout the neighborhood, two police cruisers approached me with the officer closest instructing me to take my hands out of my pockets. They explained that someone a couple streets over reported seeing someone pacing around. They went on to say how there have been some robberies and mentioned the very well-publicized one which resulted in a shootout. So I showed the officer my ID and explained I lived nearby. I find it quite troubling that one of my neighbors actually called the police to say that I appeared somehow threatening. That being said, both of the officers were entirely courteous and professional.
