Im in need of a 10 person team (men or women) for a crossfit tourney next june. It is 2 separate 5 ks, superman workout and 15 random rounds that are announced that day. Obviously Im putting this out there so people have time to get in shape. Idc if we win I just want to do it. Anyone interested let me know, Ill tag a few people who I think might try. And look at this as added motivation; crossfit obviously changed a lot for me (as youll see in the 2 pictures I post, one before, and one from after) its free admission as Im a sponsored athlete now after competing in singles this year. Careful though, its the most addictive thing ever.
