Im in physical therapy for an piriformis muscle injury (dont ask), and an older woman comes in and says, An older woman comes in, walking fine and fast, and says: I want some physical therapy, have a little bit of pain. I dont want to be like these elderly people I see everywhere, with canes and walkers. They asked her how old she is. 96, came the reply. I kid you not! Looked not a day over 65, and here she is saying, I dont want to be like these elderly people. They asked her what kind of physical activity she does. I exercise, walk a lot. But I have someone come in to clean the apartment. I stopped cleaning at 80, when I had my ears pierced.
