Im in southern California and have went through a strong earthquake (6)... a series of them (3-7) since Ive been here the last two days... all minor 5-7 range in the southern LA area. Very little damage. People are getting a little jumpy around the beach areas from San Fran to San Diego., more in the southern parts of the LA region... The L.A. Tar Pits have shown activity (unconfirmed) and the animals around the region are jumpy and some acting weird. I posted a few weeks ago information on my Face Book page information I had received from a geologists friend that Yellowstone was also showing signs of un usual activity (Feb 23, 2014) He called me today and told me about this new development of unusual activity in the Yellowstone region and for me to be careful while in southern California... and too, he mentioned that the information was being downplayed to avoid possible panic fears concerning the Big One.
