If the logical end of Reconstructionism is to kill heretics that deny the Gospel as understood by Protestantism, what makes ISIS quest to reconstruct the world into an Islamic paradise any different than Christian Reconstructionism? Further, since all of the folks being killed in Iraq are Orthodox/Catholic, would Reconstruction propagate for the same type of persecution that they are currently receiving from ISIS (minus the barbaricness of the killings)? If so, in the wide scheme of things, how then is CR different than ISIS in terms of their logical ends? Since the same folks are still being murdered. This is a genuine question. Im not comparing ISIS and CR in terms of their religious affiliation, but in terms of the stated end of what both camps believe. I would like your thoughts.
