Im joining with Senator Phil Boyle, Senator Marty Golden and Assemblywoman Nicole Malliotakis to introduce new legislation to install bullet-proof glass on all police cars in New York State because Blue Lives Matter! If it is good enough for high-ranking government officials and dignitaries to ride around in cars with bullet-proof glass, then it should be for our cops who put their lives on the line and are being tracked down and murdered like prey. We are proposing state legislation to begin to retrofit all law enforcement vehicles in New York State with the best protective bullet proof glass for all windows. What’s the price for the lives of the men and women who put their lives on the line daily so we can live in freedom and liberty? Every way possible in this new world where criminals have put bounties on our cops, we should be implementing measures for the security and safety of our police. When our police are safer, we are all safer.
