Im just gonna put this out there, it seems to work for me all the time and just payed off again as I got hooked up with another job.....after you email your resume, phone the company. 90% of the time you will get the secretary. Dont let the first words outta your mouth be I need job lol....you want these people to remember you. I always ask how they are doing today and make small chit chat...might sound dumb but by connecting with them a bit and having a conversation they are more likely to remember you. I always crack a few jokes and have a good laugh.... Nobody wants a person to call and talk in a monotone voice are you hiring, I need a job you dont stand out like that! Thats just my opinion ...
