Im listening to Garry Meier, my favorite radio host. He was kicked off the WGN AM station last week despite being the number 1 rated mid-afternoon show in Chicago. They moved him to Internet streaming only. Hes on Wgn.fm, which is a website, not an FM station. WGN cannot buy more radio stations until they sell the Tribune and other local newspapers. To make it even harder for him, WGN told him he cant have any of the WGN radio, TV, or Tribune employees on anymore. Conflict of interest, supposedly. Its ridiculous. Garry said WGN stands for Wheres Garry Now? lol
