Im looking forward to spending the next two days mentoring some great young pastors of larger churches who have come from across the country as participants in Leadership Networks NextGen project. We kicked it off with a big dinner at our home last night. Unfortunately, its 3:30 am right now and Im wide awake writing this post. Thats fine, except it probably also means that Ill be offering some lame and literally tired advice by the time 3:30 pm rolls around. And I dont even want to think how goofy Ill be by the time we all head out for dinner.
