Im loving the buzz and carnival atmosphere that the Commonwealth Games has brought to Glasgow. Its great to see so many visitors from so many diverse places ambling around with smiles on their faces and soaking up the sun. Yes, SUN!!! Long may it last. Meantime, its only a week to go until my Edinburgh Festival Fringe adventure with Tom Fairnie (and Jane Fairnie) and Pauline Alexander). Its on Friday 1st August at 8pm in Scotlands oldest concert hall, St. Cecilias Hall, on Niddrie Street. Slainte.
