Im moving back to Melbourne at the end of January so my sharehouse in Paddington is seeking a third member. Youll have one of two front rooms ($190/wk) with two windows and a ceiling fan to battle the Brisbane summer. Other housemates are Tim and Alex - laid back, neat and respectful. Both full time workers (contractor and journalist) who are out and about a fair bit, but enjoy chilling out and watching communal flicks as much as the next person. Nice big kitchen, and a front deck, as well as a large backyard. Theres wifi, and bills are split evenly. If you know Paddo , were about a five minute walk to the big Woolies and cafés etc - the buses into the city are regular and take about 10-15 mins. Looking for someone chilled out, neat and ideally a full time worker. Prefer male, but not entirely stringent on the subject. Extra points awarded for fondness for Dylan Moran.
