Im no Jack Bauer, but who hides a plane from contact, flies it 8 hours and commits suicide in the ocean? If youre going to commit suicide, why not just nose dive right where you are? $10 says its one of two options: 1) A crooked pilot who stole the plane and has landed on an island somewhere drinking Piña Coladas waiting to set up a ransom. 2) A terrorist whos trying/succeeding in smuggling the plane to Pakistan or one of the northern countries with terrorists. He either crashed on his course to get there, or he made it. Either way, I think I could save everyone millions in search party resources and tell them to stop looking South. But Im not Jack Bauer. Im merely a man with a theory.
