Im not Catholic, but I try to pay attention and Im more than passably familiar with core Christian doctrines shared across the spectrum of orthodoxy. So... to my knowledge, Pope Francis has not made a single statement that contradicts or changes any fundamental doctrine, social issues included, that has been espoused by prior Popes. Only in falsely attributed and easily debunked misquotes are any truly unusual comments found, and of course they are irrelevant. I have been and continue to be impressed by some of his rolled-up-sleeves approach, but his style is still secondary to his content, and that has no substantive change I can see. So why is he being perceived by some as revolutionary? He seems likable, sure, but you realize he apparently doesnt believe anything substantively different from JP2 or Benedict 16, right?

So where are the saviours of objective thinking? And the warriors
