Im not big on saying happy birthday to just anyone whose birthday I see on the Facebook sidebar, but I make a point to highlight my immediate family. I go on these long ramblings trying to tell why they mean so much to me, but still never do them justice. Im pretty sure for all the ramblings Ive done I have never recycled stories or sentiments, but I think Im drawing to a conclusion of those ramblings. I feel as though Im doing it more lately because its what I do and it kinda takes some of the sentiment out of it. But today is Evans birthday. Evan was my first and most consistent best friend, so its only fitting that hes the last one (thats actually not true: Jesus birthday is coming up and Hell get a pretty significant post. Sorry Evan, youre beat). Evan and I have pretty much literally been through it all together. We were in the same schools together, the same sports teams together; we shared all the interests we had together, whether my parents allowed them or not. Sorry mom and dad, but fake wrestling was cool. He even stayed in High School an extra year so he could graduate with me! The influence that has come from his wisdom, his faith, and his strength have gotten me a long way. I would rather not know who I became if it werent for Evan. Happy birthday bro, love ya.
