Im not in the habit of paying attention to celebrities, and completely repulsed by the superficial spectacles of excess, phoniness, exclusion and basically sheer idiocy that are their self-congratulatory awards ceremonies, so Im always appreciative when reminded that there are in fact a handful of reasonably intelligent, self-aware celebrities(ofttimes delightfully outspoken comedians) who fully recognize how absurd the whole thing is, and wont shy away from reddening a few faces. This is probably old news to many, but it tickled me sufficiently pink to warrant a post.
