Because the internet is our current best hope for humanity as it affords so much information dissemination to so many people at an incredible speed at affordable prices. Anything but Net Neutrality will diminish that possibility and for me, is an appalling prospect and injustice to human evolution, unless of course were replacing it with a tool that works better and costs less which is not what Wheeler is proposing at all here. I cant understand how we can have people in positions of power who see it any other way.
