Im not one for facebook rants BUT upon finding out that the guy who caused the CCSU lockdown was wearing a Halloween costume I had to say something...how did this boy think running through campus wearing a mask and carrying a fake sword and gun was a good and harmless idea? Also was there absolutely no change of clothes this guy could find between Thursday night and Monday afternoon? I find that hard to believe. Its complete nonsense and was a cry for attention if you ask me. And to all the students reporting that the lockdown was no big deal and students are overreacting, I dont know how anybody could have the nerve to say that. I was huddled under a teachers desk with about ten other people all of whom were crying on the phone with their parents and children. CCSU did not let anybody know the location of the suspected gunman, therefore each time we heard a door opening or footsteps near the room we were in, we huddled together and prepared for the worst. I found this to be a very scary situation caused by a complete douche bag idiot looking for attention with no common sense, and Im shocked some CCSU students really feel this was all a joke........end rant.
