Im not sure Ive ever been so moved by a Broadway Camp performance before as I was today! Watching children who have continued to attend each year and grow more confident each time to children who didnt want their parents to leave on Monday and owned the stage today. The talent was out of this world!!! Im not sure how it all always comes together at the end, even when I think maybe we were a little too ambitious having 96 children learn 7 songs and dances...but they did it!!!!!! And, they couldnt have done it without their amazing parents! They couldnt have done it without the help and incredible knowledge of Dotty , Demi , Kerri , Brock , Kiersten , Desirai, Terry , Kaileigh and Savannah Rai! Thank you to April and Erica for helping make sure the first day ran smooth as silk!! Thank you to Aaron for video taping and Mr Terry for processing it! Thank you Jennifer , Kerri, and Desi for surprising me with a Frozen Birthday cake and two precious cards signed by all of the campers! What we have been taught will keep giving to others so they may continue her legacy. Dotty Jo, that hug and those words....worth the moon, the stars and everything good. Just the best week ever!
