Im not sure what to do and need some mommy support. My son has had going on 3 wks of symptoms from that cold that was going around. The 1st wk snot nose, coughing, and malaise. 2 Nd wk I dont know if he caught something new but had a 24 hr fever starting at 103.3. I called the advice nurse and she walked me thru getting it down. The next morn it was 98. She said if he got a fever to take him into the dr. No more fevers and seemed to be getting better. Still thru the wk he had snot nose and coughing. Now 3rd wk starting to cough a lil more seeming to be from congestion and then projectile vomit. I dont know if the teething is making him want to suck more and overfilling himself. Im taking him in now. He just seemed to be getting better but clearly isnt. Is this normal progression for a 14 mo? This is his first time getting sick and I cant tell if he is re-getting sick or if its the same bug. He also is continuing to grab at his ear when Ive taken him to the dr 3 times over it and she says his ear is fine. Well now hes hitting his ear- clearly not fine. Im gonna ask for a specialist to check it. Anyone else been thru this before? I dont know what else to do because when I take him to the dr the say hes fine and dont do anything for him.- any advice would help
