Im not telling you its going to be easy, Im telling you its going to be worth it. Headstands are thrilling & charging, but they should be practiced cautiously and skillfully. They take a lot of core strength & shoulder strength to get into, hold and to come down gracefully. Exiting or releasing is just as important as how you enter into it. Never kick up into a headstand. Practice walking your feet in and picking up on foot at a time. Eventually, lifting both legs at the same time. I love #toesox
