Im not usually one to get involved in stuff like this, and generally keep my opinions to myself. But seriously....Im so sick of the so called Race Card being played in these types of crimes. Lets all be honest for a second, if someone came kicking in my door at 2am, regardless of whether I knew them or not - they arent getting away unscathed. Isnt that why these self defense laws exist? But no, the black man (with a criminal record for drug possession & distrubition, motor vehicle theft, disorderly conduct, among other things) was killed by a white man (in the US Air Force fighting for that very freedom to protect his family in their home)....therefore, its racism and the white man must fry. And to those that disagree tell me this - why arent the black kids that killed Autumn Pasquale and dumped her body in a trashcan not in jail for murder? What about the black men who killed the white waitress?? Why arent they frying the way the racist white man is? Why is that when a white man is killed by a black man, you never hear about it...it doesnt go to trial they way this case & George Zimmerman case does.... ....just my thoughts, from a very (despite what you probably think now) non-racist person.....
