Im now hearing from Juba that President Salva Kiir Mayar-dit will issue a degree adding six more Ministries on top of what we already have! Where will he get the money? I thought our government was broke? If this has merits, I wouldnt want to be in the room when the fellas at the Sudd Institute find out....they did an extensive research outlining why South Sudan need a smaller more efficient government. But no one listen to them I guess!
