Im paraphrasing here but I once read that people who choose to be neutral in situations dealing with racism and discrimination are actually taking the side of the oppressors. Please dont be Black and on my newsfeed talking insensitively about Black issues, disregarding them like your black behind couldnt get shot up too. Just b/c you date white, hang around a bunch of white people, work with a lot of white, or even identify more closely with white doesnt mean you get an eraser for your Blackness. Stop being dismissive and just shut up. Thats always a positive option.
