Im posting this for my friend, Katie Koltvedt. She said: And for all those who are wondering what is going on, my little baby cousin was diagnosed with spinal muscular atrophy. It is a genetic nerve disease that attacks nerve cells (motor neurons) and currently there is no cure. Baby Connor has type 1, which is unfortunately the worst. They are doing everything they can for him but there is no way to slow down the progression of the disease. This fund was created to help out my cousin and his family with all of their expenses as they do their best to get through this heartbreaking time.
