Im pretty sure Ive posted this link before, but if anyone is interested, this lady does exercise classes that fuse interval training and vinyasa yoga, and they will MURDER YOU (in a good way). She has at least a dozen full-length (45 minutes and up) workouts available for free on YouTube, but as a caveat, most of them require that you have some familiarity with basic yoga poses so you dont hurt yourself.
