Im prob bout to catch hell for this but oh well....this is for black Christians If white slavemasters hadnt given your ancestors Christianity, what would be your religion? Would you be worshipping a white Jesus? If you did your research about Christianity, would you still claim the religion as hard as you do? You say Jesus was black, but are you saying that to make yourself feel better or because you actually do believe he was black? I aint gonna lie, when I was about 10 years old I started questioning Christianity and the Bible, and wondering why we(black people) were praising a white man. So I slowly, but surely strayed away. As I got older I started to read more about it and realized that was not MY religion. When the Africans were brought over for slavery, they had no clue what Christianity was, until their slavemasters introduced them to it. Even black Native Americans did not practice Christianity. But look throughout America now, and blacks are quick af to praise white Jesus and a book that was written by a man that wrote a book about Demonology. You may ask, So what is your religion?...I dont have one. I grew up in the Christian church, but I dont claim it because its not my own.
