Im really dead tired of fighting for the Internet in UAE! Its soooo bad... And so expensive. Ive got 100 Mbps at home, Im paying 750AED a month, and it works just as 24 Mbps, and a lot of times it doesnt work at all... Im tired calling Du all the time! Seriously guys! And now they came to my house said there will be a free upgrade of the Du main box, which was old actually in Springs. Theyve changed it, and now the Internet is gone completely. And the Du technicians couldnt fix it for hours... I didnt want to let them go, so they made up a story that the other technician will come shortly (15min to be precise) and so I let them go hoping for my issue to get resolved by a professional. And you know what? No one came... Seriously, no one. When I called them and complained, they told me I have to wait 2-3 working days so they will call me back and make an appointment to come and fix it... And now its the weekend... Lets see how it goes... PS just co compare in Russia on average 100mbps costs 60-65 AED a month and that includes the TV too. Here its 750 AED and they cant even help on time...
