Im roasting my first lamb in the SC today! I am very excited as lamb is my favourite meat and since moving into my first home with my fiance I have been using my beautiful little machine nearly every day! My lamb is currently defrosting in the microwave as I prefer the have it completely defrosted first, so I can add herbs etc properly. :) okay, ive never added vegies to the bottom before and im playing on doing so today as stated in a recipe in one of the folders. Should I just do potatoes? Or is there some others I should add! Also im putting garlic, rosemary and bayleaves with it. What other herbs can really help with flavour?
