Im sad when I spend w/family and friends & their phones. But I do the same thing. I realized this at my birthday dinner. Nice moments, but because of where we went and special circumstances that were required, there were moments whe I felt like I was there alone. How much am I guilty of this? I shudder to think. I think everyone can see themselves here. Its not that technology is bad. Its about not letting it interfere with life. What do you think?
