Im selling my 2004 Lancer Ralliart because I lack the funds to pay a mechanic to replace a valve. Im asking $1500 OBO. Its got 139,000 miles, clean title, manual transmission. It has low compression in the 1st cylinder and needs a new valve. This car was well cared for and is in good condition, interior and exterior 8/10. It has drilled and slotted rotors, short ram aftermarket air intake, a front 3 point strut bar, and is lowered on springs. It has a Stage 2 clutch. A/C blows cold. Plenty of tread left on the tires. It shifts smoothly, no grinds or pops. I just replaced the timing belt, water pump, hydraulic tensioner, and crank pulley in April. I also installed new OEM motor and transmission mounts. Ive put in over two grand to get it running smoothly and am taking a huge loss by selling it for so little but I cant afford to replace the valve if I want to go to college this semester and lack the necessary knowledge and experience to do so myself. The car is not running but was running less than two weeks ago but now needs a new starter.
