Im shaking, Im so freaking mad!! I go to crawl in bed, and there is makeup, hair, yellow stains all over our sheets!! Both beds had issues, ok... Sara. .. has left the building.. crazy is here.. i March down to the front desk, lucky me!! The manager is ON duty.. i explain every single problem from the double billing, to the off items, to the tub, broken drawer, filthy sheets. .. i say, if my son wasnt already asleep, and us been driving for 12 hrs, id be getting my money back to leave. . I ask for clean sheets, Ill make my.own beds, i show them the proof of dirty linens... Im told. The guests make the mess!!! That she tries everything to clean sheets.. on and on about the $100s of dollars they spend on new linen... i stop her there, said, i.dont care what you spend.. i care about the quality and cleanliness of a room i pay for... she asks me what i.want, i said i am not paying full price for a room i had to clean myself.. guess what??! I got $10 cash back.... oh sister... silly sister... you are going to RUE the night... you just made yourself one very unhappy customer.. and i will be getting every penny of my room back.. trust in that. Ive got your district managers name, your name.. and all the proof i need to bring you down... BUT, i wont.. i will tell the truth on every hotel site possible.. and never ever stay with this franchise again..
