Im smart enough to write my own bio! Though foster mommy had to take the pictures because, you know, shes the one with the opposable thumbs and all... Hi, Im Ivy! Im a tiny sheltie/beagle mix, and I love playing with my people, my toys, and other doggies! I love everyone and everything I meet, and while sometimes I still like to gently mouth on foster mommys hand, I listen when she tells me not to and I always prefer a toy to play with anyway. What does she expect when the closest toy is like 3 feet away?? Anyway, Im getting a lot better at walking on the leash but was scared at first, and Im pretty sure going peepee in the house is a big no-no but I havent done that much anyway. Id rather go in the yard! I dont cry in my crate at night anymore either - I get a little excited and may yip while Im playing, but otherwise Im a quiet little dog, even when the mailman comes! Mostly I just love playing with my toys, and I really like playing with other dogs and almost always let them be the boss. I would really like to go to a home with a gentle family, maybe a little kid or two to play and cuddle with me, but not grab me and be mean to me because Im very sensitive and can get frightened easily. Foster mommy said well be at Planet Pet - Newport tomorrow from 10 - 3, so come visit me!!
