Im so excited. I have been encouraged to submit some of my photos into an art show. They may not be selected to be shown, but I am submitting them anyway. Heres one of my photos. Im calling my submittal Textures of Alcatraz because I have a lot of photos that are different textures of Alcatraz island. That was a fun day, Tricia Daley- Patty Gauger. If it looks good, I will have it on display at the Renegade Princess show for UR Charities, Inc. on May 9 & 10. Part of the battle of fighting your fears is by just doing it. Even if you dont think what you are doing is perfect, you do it anyway just to get out of your comfort zone. Its okay not to be perfect. Who really is perfect? I dont believe there is anyone out there who is perfect all the time. I think people tend to only share their perfect times (because they are more fun and upbeat to share) which makes others think they are perfect. It puts tremendous stress on me to try to be perfect all the time. Id rather be perfect some of the time and have fun the other 98% of the time. LOL Although being perfect can be fun, too. Its just when its expected of me that I get stressed out.
