Im so excited! I was going to wait a full week, but I cant contain myself. I started taking the carb blocker, BLOCK on Monday and this morning I was down 4 pounds! I know its not water weight because I have been drinking water more so than before at the suggestion of others. If you have a Holiday party, New Years celebration, a wedding(?????) you just want to be healthy, or you might need some help through the Holidays, give the BLOCK product a try. I have been taking Plexus Slim, ProBio5, xfactor and Boost and hit a plateau. It looks like the BLOCK has knocked me off and Im getting back on track to being the weight I want to be.
