Im so excited to finally be able to participate in the affordable care act (ADA). Today, during open enrollment period (which ends in a few more days), I spent 58 minutes on hold before getting to speak with someone that had no information about the policy he was signing me up for. It was so exciting! Do my doctors participate in this plan? He doesnt know, but he can transfer me to custmer care...really, then who was HE? Then, when I thought it couldnt get any better he told me my new premium would only be $200/month more than last year.... and the best yet is my deductible has gone from $8000 to $11,400 per year. Gosh Im so excited that my goverment made my health insurance so much more affordable!
