Im so impressed on how quickly things are moving forward and you all inspire me to keep going. Some are extremist and some want to go step by step but in all this we are all leaning and growing or awakening to a better newer version of us. I found this clip today that made me think.... How simple and beautiful life is when we face things one by one in the NOW. Situations are sometimes hard but now i look at them like blessings on bettering myself. How do i stay calm breath think with my heart with no judgements and just walk the path of my journey. We all have one and Im really loving this new adventure with all of you on all aspects Im working on a 30 day challenge in the new year with experts in all areas so we can be guided all the way for a 30 day discovery on us. A NEW YOU More love, more healthy, more in the NOW, more aware, more active, I want to create A group of 30 people that want to embark on an adventure that everything in life is possible. To learn and to be. These young guys on the clip took 3 years, Im sure the best experience of their lives. Im seeing a 30 day challenge for yourself. Maybe the hardest thing to do but the simplest act of kindness you can give yourself to last a long time and everyone around you will benefit and you can inspire others. The program is on the works I dont know where and who will come together the only thing I know is the feeling after 30 days of I CAN DO IT and the journey of love that will surround you.
