Im so incredibly proud of my husband. When we started this whole working out thing, I never imagined it would turn into a life changing decision. Not only are we healthier, but we have helped countless others better themselves and THAT is what is amazing. A few weeks ago, beachbody released a video of Miguel, sharing his story. Id also like to shout out to the girls from my birth club who told me to MAKE him go to the hospital that night he came home with numbness in his arm/face. Who knows where wed be to this day if you all had not helped me convince him.
