Im so lucky! Some punk ass kid named Nolan (sp?) down Old County Farm Rd kicked or threw rocks at my car as I was driving by this morning. My windshield & hood are chipped. Wth! I immediately turned my car around & told who appeared to be his Grandma, that he hit my car & I drive by there everyday & it better NEVER happen again! No apology, no Ill punish him, it was I told you Nolan. Wow! And his days as a juvenile delinquent have begun. I get to the 2nd school I work at & have time to realize he actually damaged it. Im pissed! I called the Sheriffs office & got to talk to a deputy this evening to make a report. I have to waste my time getting estimates so that he can present them to the guardian, who will most likely NOT pay. He basically said theyre probably not going to pay the $. They cant charge a minor w/ property damage & then my only option is to file for a copy for the police report to sue the guardian in small claims court. Awesome!
