Im so thankful for my husband, my God-given protector. Hollywood and the media like to portray women with the attitude that they dont need a man to protect them, but I dont believe thats what God intended. He created men to be the protector of their homes and families. While I understand that (through no fault of her own) there are instances where a woman is forced to protect herself, I am so glad that because of the husband God gave me, I am very rarely faced with a situation like that. Not only is he willing to protect me physically, he also does his very best to protect me spiritually and emotionally as well. Dont buy into the lies that TV and magazines try to sell us, ladies. If you have a husband that is willing to protect you - let him. If you dont have one like that, pray for him. Thank you, my sweet Brad Lee for taking Ephesians 5:23 to heart and for doing your best to be the husband God wants you to be and always protecting me when I need you to. Because of you and your love for me, I am truly blessed. I love you.
