Im so very sad! I saved to buy my scraprack and worked very hard to put all my things in it, but this has now happened to 3 of my spinders! I followed the videos step by step. So difficult to wake up and see all the things you spent hours organizing all over the floor. Guess time to call customer service. Have any of you had similar problems?
