Im sure most of you have heard me brag about my oldest getting married to a wonderful woman on September 19th.....what you havent heard me brag about is that I still havent lost all of the weight I wanted to before the wedding and it is painfully obvious that it wont all be gone before then. I have been working on it and have lost some - so starting tomorrow, I will be taking the advice of a friend of mine and for the next 2 weeks I will be living on protein shakes - PERIOD.
