Im sure that this Lenten season is about to be the toughest. I have given up sweets, soda, and fast food in the past and finally accepted that they were no longer a sacrifice for me. This year I have decided to give up my snooze button and wake up when my alarm goes off the first time. In conjunction with this, I will also manage to fit in at least thirty minutes of cardio every day. I would definitely appreciate everyones prayers and good wishes to succeed in this Lenten promise, because those who know me well know that I am neither a morning person nor a gym rat.
