Im sure you are all aware of the awful situation with stray dogs in Romania. There are 1000s of dogs in grave danger, & many dogs have been brought to the UK seeking homes over here. At UK-GSR we believe that is not the solution to the problem, & one of our most treasured volunteers Lesley Ford is over in Romania right now, tackling the problem over there supporting sterilisation programmes, campaigning for better rescue conditions for them over there in situ. Tackling the problem over there is difficult, dangerous & involves alot of blood, sweat & tears. We are very proud of Lesley & all that she is achieving over there. Come home safe .
