Im taking things that are SUPER OBVIOUS and putting them on twitter and getting a crapton of RTs and its amusing me. Complexity may seem cool, but keeping your environments simple & clean makes them easier to maintain and trivializes knowledge transfer. The struggle between doing it fast or doing it right & having the backbone to defend my decision. Technical debt worse than taxes. Its not just about your ability to write code. Its about everyone elses ability to read and maintain your code. (173 RTs, really??) Im the best ever at social networking, apparently, unintentionally.
