Im thinking about Christmas. More specifically Im thinking about the Christmas tree we have at The Written World every year. You see, my tree is kind of dull. I bought a bunch of colored balls to hang on it, some tinsel and lights. I even made a whole lot of Christmas ornaments myself, but I wound up making about 3 or 4 kinds of ornaments, tons of each. A little...dull. Then I started thinking. THIS YEAR I want to do something different. I thought, how fun would it be to put ornaments on the tree that are from people important to me. Ornaments that would make me think about those people, and pray for those people as I place them on the tree every year. In short I want ornaments from my Facebook friends. Im proposing a trade. If anyone wants to take part the rules are simple. 1. Send an ornament (can be store bought, can be homemade, nothing too valuable or expensive) to the bookstore at The Written World, 4743 N. Carefree Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80917 - and be sure to include your address. 2. I will send you one of my hand knit, crochet, or needlepoint ornaments from the tree. What do you think?
