Im very excited...one step closer to bringing home in December, my and our future, INSPIRED Nutrition and Fitness. As of yesterday, I completed my Cert 3 in Health and Fitness enabling me to perform the role of a Fitness Instructor however, that is not enough for me! On Monday I commence my Cert 4 and will become a Personal Trainer. I will be adding a specific Nutrition Course to my studies among many others, like becoming a Pad Master (yes Boxing in a fun and safe manner!!) I am so thrilled to be combining my passion for health (my previous Nursing career), a desire to share good nutrition through supermarket tours and cooking demonstrations and the ability to have fun and educate people in fitness, making our bodies the best bodies we can be. We only get the one! :) I cant wait......people of Hawkes Bay, INSPIRED Nutrition and Fitness is heading your way. It will be a safe, fun, home based nutrition and fitness opportunity, specializing in body transformations. One on one or small group sessions will be offered.
