Im watching the Ferguson grand jury announcement unfold and so far I have a million questions. Ive never in all my years of covering law enforcement seen appointment grand jury indictments. I mean Leslie, TT Philip Washington isnt it unusual to give a time so precisely for grand jury decisions? Usually theyre submitted without such appointment television but I understand the case is high profile but still...its just unusual. If they have an appointed time then surely the deliberation is over and the decision has already been made. Is this a sign that they wanted the state to get ready before they released it. Your thoughts?
