Im writing a 6 week workout program called Power and Performance. It is an outdoor workout program that incorporates elements of basic olympic power lifting, agility, speed work, plyometrics, functional training, and some track work as well. It follows a periodization where we gradually ramp up the intensity and make sure form and technique are perfect. It would be ideal for people looking to take their actual FITNESS up a notch and watch specific measurable aspects of their ability improve. Get you out of the gym, on onto the grass. Stability balls, sleds, a track, traditional barbells, and a few other cool tools. Total body fitness with performance being at the core of the training. It is a pilot for other specific routines to be created. The location will likely be Huntington Beach.
