Imagine working your entire for a dream that the world told you that you couldnt achieve and having it within reach, but then having the remainder of the process being out of your control? That is the point my brother Sayid is at. His dream of graduating from an Ivy League school is within his reach. He studied and became the person he needed to be, has given back to society more than anyone I know, and applied for every scholarship he could. He is now attending the University if Pennsylvania and is $4,500 away from paying for his education. He does not come from privilege. He and his family have given all that they can. Its time for friends and the community to finish the rest. Sayid is a modern day Gandhi or Mother Theresa. A hero of our time. We cant let him and his education fall between the cracks because of money. If we all help carry this burden, he can overcome this. This is an investment into a better world! I encourage you to give what you can! No matter if its $1 or even $500 if we all do what we can, we can reach this goal without a problem.
