Imagine you are a beautiful sailboat resting peacefully on a clear blue lake. The sun is shining on the water creating a shimmering glow on the ripples. The golden sun is warming your decks and sails. You can hear the softness of the waves lapping the shore and the joyful singing of the birds. You pull your anchor up and start to move gently with the waves. Limitless energy flows through you as you raise your sail and the wind gently fills it. You slowly start to skim across the water with ever increasing speed. The joy and wonder of this beautiful dance across the water fills your very being. You dance in the water with no thoughts of where you are going. You allow the sun, the wind, and the waves to guide you along this journey and are grateful for the experience. After awhile you notice the you are being guided towards a distant beach. You can see the white sand in the distance and as you flow closer to this place a feeling of belonging fills you. The wind and the pull of the waves gently cease as you move close to this beach. You let your sails down and drop you anchor.
